2019-2020 registration is now open! We look forward to registering your child.
The goal of Beyond the Bell, at Switzerland Point Middle School, is to provide a positive environment that affords students a safe place to be after school.
If you are interested in our program, please read the Beyond the Bell Handbook. The Handbook explains our policies and procedures. Beyond the Bell (BTB) has a caring staff that works with your child each day. We have a dedicated homework completion time, in which computers are available. We also provide a snack and allow students to attend any of their after school activities. Our services are offered 180 school days from dismissal to 6pm.
We offer two options. The monthly option is $252 per 18 day cycle and the punchcard option is $360 for 20 visits (valid 2018-19 school year only). Each option and the associated fees are explained in the Handbook and the option form files. Should you decide to register your child, read the BTB Handbook, then print and complete the Registration Form and the Important Information Form. If you feel you have special circumstances pertaining to your fees, that you would like administration to review, please print the Special Circumstances letter. When these forms are turned in, registration fees will be collected to ensure your child’s slot in BTB. As stated in the BTB Handbook, these yearly fees are
NON-REFUNDABLE. You may view the Fee Schedule to see when future payments are to be made. All monthly payments are due prior to the child’s attendance. We accept check, cash, and School Pay as forms of payment. Payments made after the posted due date will be assessed a $5/day late fee.
